unique atmosphere relaxing peace spacious bedroom broken shower head next-day maintenance inconvenient shower
this hotel is fabulous and fine! the atmosphere feel unique and gives you relax and peace. you might just stay there without leaving it for tours. the bedroom i stayed in was very specious and private. it also was well designed and warming.
the shower head was not working when i arrived. i had to wait until the following day for maintenence to come fix the shower head. that night i wanted to take a shower. overall, it was a inconvenience .

good facilities fine gardens helpful staff lovely stay
The rooms were decorated well. the gym offers good facilities. i found the gardens fine. breakfast was particularly good, i must say. the staff were helpful. They couldn't be more attentive. i loved my stay there!!!
Our room was a little dark. I understand it is the hotel aesthetic. we needed flashlights sometimes to see in the room. i guess i would've preferred it a bit brighter.

flawless architecture serene oasis beautiful landscape world restaurant
i found the architecture flawless and the level of detail otherworldly i felt transported to a serene oasis. the grounds are beautifully curated every single landscape and architectural detail seemed thoughtfully designed. i appreciated that le jardin d'hiver was declared the most beautiful restaurant in the world i felt it matched the reality i experienced.

low wattage faulty remote
the staff were excellent sympathetic and very helpful the breakfast was varied and delicious both the restaurant and pool menus were good and diverse
the room was too dark even with all the lights on i suspect there were bulbs missing or low wattage it made reading difficult at night plus the tv remote barely worked i had to stand right in front of the tv for it to register

the hotel gardens were meticulously maintained which i did appreciate
i was disappointed with the spa experience the website suggested spa access yet it required an additional fee to use the sauna even with a treatment booked this felt quite cheap i thought also the food prices were high

lovely anniversary celebration!
warm welcome relaxing pool tasty food
this hotel was pretty good for our 15th wedding anniversary i loved the warm welcome upon arrival. the pool area was my favorite spot i found it beautiful and very relaxing for our downtime. the food was a highlight especially the duck wellington and raspberry pavlova i savored every bite.
the lighting in our room was dim at times i found it necessary to use flashlights to see clearly.
